A famous sheikh 👳 once said to me: “Muslims aren’t into personal development!”
What??!!!??!?! 😳😖💔
Muslims don’t want to better themselves?
Muslims don’t want to have better relationships?
Muslims don’t want to achieve more?
Muslims don’t want to be amazing?
The issue is not that they don’t WANT to. They do.
But they don’t feel they NEED to.
Very few are willing to do what it takes.
Developing yourself requires consistent sacrifice.
Something’s gotta give. Just look at your typical day and the choices you have:
Check your phone as soon as you wake up vs remember Allah
Feel stressed about the things you need to do vs be grateful for what you have
Duck and dive at work vs give it your all
Talking to colleagues vs praying
Binge on Netflix vs binge on a book
For each one, we know which we should do, but we usually don’t.
There’s lots of reasons for this but they don’t matter.
The only thing that matters is: are you’re willing to make a change now?
And don’t fool yourself. YOU can do it – no doubt at all!
But you may need help. Just like all the world’s greatest people.
Every Olympic gold winner has help to win that medal. In fact, they have a whole team.
And the truth is that having someone in your corner takes you to another level.
I want to be that person for you.
I have been doing it for more than 15 years for famous Muslim personalities, successful entrepreneurs, organisational leaders and every day people who know they are capable of much, much more.
